We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. RETURN POLICY
POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit.
Due to logistics and warehousing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.
Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.
Returns are processed once per week on a Thursday.
*Final sale items, accessories and altered items are not eligible for return, this includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.

SHIPPING
We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia by DHL Express.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods.
For delivery, please allow approximately 3-6 business days for metro areas and up to 5-10 business days for all other areas.
Shipping costs
Australia - $15AUD or free for orders over $250AUD
New Zealand - $20NZD or free for orders over $250NZD
United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Eurozone, United Kingdom - free shipping for all orders
Indonesia - 30,000IDR or free for orders over 1,000,000IDR
Singapore - $15SGD flat rate
If your country is not listed above and does not appear upon checkout, please email chat@arthurapparel.com to create a custom shipping rate.
Any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
PO boxes
DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an a residential or business address. All packages require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign. If you waive your right to sign, please ensure that there is a safe place for your package to be left. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, please contact DHL Express for any shipping enquiries.
