All orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods and launches.

* All AusPost International Express shipments will be handed over to your local shipping carrier upon arrival in your country.
If your country is not listed above and does not appear upon checkout, please email chat@arthurapparel.com to create a custom shipping rate.
Orders to United States include taxes and duties in the shipping cost, for all other international orders, any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, you will be contacted for payment. Arthur does not accept orders that are returned to sender.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items become available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.

Payment
We accept payment via the following providers: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay AUD, Paypal and Bank Transfer (Indonesia Only).
